Your seller

Quotations and orders

Website listings invite you to request a quotation. Sending an enquiry or selecting a diamond does not reserve stock, place an order or authorise a payment. A sale is confirmed only when we accept your order in writing on the agreed quotation. You can review and correct your selection before accepting.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). A written quotation confirms the selected diamond, gold purity, metal colour, ring size where applicable, VAT, delivery and total payable. Confirm any price discrepancy before paying. Availability and prices can change before an order is accepted; an accepted order is subject to its agreed terms and applicable consumer law. Payment instructions are supplied with your quotation. Never send card details or online-banking credentials by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery

Delivery is 7–10 working days from receipt of payment. Need your jewellery sooner? Contact us about priority service or special requests; we’ll confirm what’s possible. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays. We will confirm the delivery address and arrangements in your quotation and notify you promptly of any delay. No delay term limits a remedy available to you under applicable law.

Commissioned jewellery

Rings, pendants and earrings commissioned to your specification are made to order. Confirm the design, diamond, 9ct or 18ct gold, metal colour and ring size before accepting the commission. Any proposed change, additional charge or revised delivery date must be agreed with you. Images of settings are design concepts; final construction and specifications are confirmed in writing.

Diamond information and photographs

Diamond specifications and availability are supplied through our catalogue partners and confirmed for your order. Laboratory-grown diamonds are disclosed as such. A grading report describes the stone; it is not a guarantee of resale value. Photographs are enlarged and may vary with lighting and screens. Only lab-grown diamonds of 0.35 ct or more with photographs are displayed.

Returns, complaints and consumer rights

Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. Contact us first with the order reference if anything is wrong. Nothing here excludes a right under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African law. South African law applies without limiting a consumer’s mandatory rights. You may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or a competent regulator or court.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how browsing information and enquiries are handled. Price requests open an email or WhatsApp draft; you choose whether to send it.
